If you would like something changed (different major, nickname, etc.), please fill out this form by next Thursday, January 22nd. If you do not fill it out by this deadline, we cannot guarantee your change gets in the book.
If you did not take a senior portrait, please still fill out this form because your name will be featured in the senior section, under "not pictured."
